We invite you to play a pivotal role in the evolution of one of Sydney?s oldest golf Clubs.? Bonnie Doon Golf Club has a proud heritage and a rich and layered history, providing an enviable foundation for the development plans which underpin its future.?? Many initiatives are already in train, with new holes and practice facilities being the most visible.? Added to this are cultural and organisational changes?which will enable the Club to achieve its objective of providing the best non-championship course in Sydney.??

This role becomes available at a very attractive time; it calls for a consummate manager to continue driving the club?s transformation.? Reporting to the Board of Directors, and operating as the Chief Executive Officer, you will have overall operations management responsibility.? You also will assist the board in developing and implementing strategy.

We would clearly welcome interest from proven golf club management professionals.?But we also have an interest in those whose skill may have been proven elsewhere, so long as you bring a sound knowledge of the game.? Potential career backgrounds include broader club management, hospitality, or retail ? market segments requiring a strong focus on customer service and community.? Regardless, you must be able to demonstrate a track record in strategic and operational leadership.? We also seek your ability to drive organisational and cultural change in response to changing market conditions.? Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business discipline are essential.
